Year 6 / 7 Transition – Accepting a place for September 2025
Once the Local Authority has contacted you, please call us to accept your place (01733 368300). We will then check that we have the correct contact details and information about your child. The admissions team will quickly contact you by email about completing our Data Collection Form (DCF) which gives us important information.
A small number of parents have not yet completed the Data Collection Form (DCF) giving us details about your child, along with emergency contact details and medical information. We do require this information well in advance of the transition days. You will have received instructions on how to complete this from Mr Sarro, in an email.
