Year 7
- Tutor sessions in PD covering knowledge about careers pathways and learning how to navigate Unifrog.
- Students complete the Future Skills questionnaire.
- Events taking place within National Careers Week.
Year 8
- Within tutor time PD students explore the Unifrog platform and record their Activities and Competencies and research specific careers pathways.
- Guided Choices assembly, Taster days and Options Evening provide opportunities for students to consider their KS4 options.
- Events taking place within National Careers Week.
Year 9
- Within tutor time PD students explore the Unifrog platform and record their Interactions with employers.
- Parent Q&A virtual session.
- Careers carousel event.
- Events taking place within National Careers Week.
Year 10
- Within tutor time PD students explore the Unifrog platform and prepare for work experience and view careers pathways and to provide opportunity to record their skill levels across the 12 competencies.
- Trips to PRC and Stamford College.
- Work Experience.
- Introduction to the National Citizenship Scheme.
Year 11
- Within tutor time PD there are assemblies with guest speakers primarily considering post 16 options, covering the range of available options.
- Mock interviews
- Post 16 options evening
- Opportunity for 1:1 careers interviews.
Year 12
- Tutor time and assembly events focussed on Post 18 options.
- Discovery days and trips to universities.
- Work experience.
- Careers Fair
Year 13
- UCAS application workshop
- Personal statement workshop
