Register your interest in joining our family of schools
Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust (CMAT) is a dynamic and growing organisation, as well as overseeing the work at Nene Park Academy, it also runs several secondary schools and a primary in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Positions open up across the trust on a regular basis, and we are always on the lookout for forward-looking individuals who make their own opportunities.
We are also keenly aware of how CVs can sometimes provide answers to questions we did not even know we had!
We maintain a recruitment database and ensure that all suitable candidates are informed when opportunities arise, so that they can indicate whether they wish to be involved in the formal application process.
If you would like to register on our database, please send an email with details, CVs, speculative application forms and letters to Susan Darke firstname.lastname@example.org
To enable us to ensure that that we correctly record your interest, your email should make clear the type of opportunity you are looking for:
- Teaching including subjects and age range
- Leadership at subject or senior level
- Teaching support including your expertise, relevant qualifications or experience
- Other support work including Finance, Site, Lunch Supervision, Reception, HR etc
And at which of our schools (particular ones or all) you would be interested in working.
For more information on CMAT visit www.cmatrust.co.uk
We look forward to receiving your details, and hopefully welcoming you into our family.
Nene Park Academy and Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment. All staff will be subject to an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Nene Park Academy opened in September 2011 and this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, vibrant and rapidly improving academy where students achieved 60% 5+A*-C GCSE including English and Maths this summer. In September 2013 the academy moved into its new building with state-of-the-art facilities throughout. In November, the school received its first Ofsted judgment of ‘Good’ and inspectors found:
“Achievement is good and rising rapidly. Significant numbers of students from different ethnic backgrounds make outstanding progress.”
“Working together effectively, senior staff, governors, the Cambridge Meridian Academies' Trust and the local education authority have developed a good school in wonderful, new buildings.”
Nene Park Academy is proud to be part of the Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust along with North Cambridge Academy and Swavesey Village College. This is an exciting time for the partnership. Having already made significant impact on progress and achievement, we are rapidly becoming the school of first choice and a source of pride for the community.
