    A host of staff and students from Nene Park Academy were honored in this year’s Peterborough Telegraph’s Education Awards, which was held at the Key Theatre on Monday evening (15th September).

    Nene Park Academy was delighted to welcome back the world-renowned Scientist Professor Lord Robert Winston to the Academy on Wednesday 10th September.

  • Year 6 Open Evening - Wed 1st October

    We hope that you will be able to join us at our Year 5 and Year 6 Open Evening which is taking place on Wednesday 1st October and we would like to extend to you the warmest of invitations to visit us and to see for yourselves exactly what we have to offer, here at NPA.

    Our doors open at 5.30pm, with presentations at 6.00pm and 7.00pm, followed by a tour of the Academy, where you can see its wonderful facilities first-hand.

    Should you be unable attend our Open Evening on the 1st October, we shall be hosting an Open Morning on Friday 3rd October from 9.00am – 10.30am and so please do come along to this event. However, should both of these dates prove to be inconvenient to you, then please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Astill direct on Tel: 368313, and she will be delighted to arrange a separate visit to suit you.

    Nene Park Academy students again made outstanding progress in English, as 93% of students achieved the expected 3 levels of progress or better, which far surpasses the National average. Maths results also exceeded the expected levels of progress resulting in the academy’s English and Maths results being among their top performing subjects.

    Students at Nene Park Academy are celebrating after achieving the best set of A-Level results in the academy’s history, and placing it above the national average.
