What is an Educational Visit?

An Educational Visit is any trip, activity, sports fixture etc which requires one or more of the academy’s students to step foot outside the school gates. An Educational Visit maybe during or after the normal academy day, recreational or part of the curriculum plan.

Wherever and whenever possible the academy would like all students to participate in learning outside the classroom, therefore, it is necessary to ensure that we always have the correct parental / medical consents.

When parents receive notification from a member of staff that an Educational Visit it to take place, they will need to complete the relevant consent forms (copies attached) and these completed forms should then be emailed to the Educational Visits Co-Ordinator at trips@neneparkacademy.org
